Tasting Note

Pale golden in colour, with an expressive bouquet of citrus, yellow plum, toasted almond, brioche and subtle roasted notes. The palate is broad and creamy, with exceptionally fine, well-integrated bubbles and impressive freshness. The long lees ageing brings depth and complexity, while the dominant Xarel·lo provides a saline, mineral backbone. Dry, elegant and persistent, with a long finish combining citrus freshness, toast and subtle Mediterranean character.

Product Notes

Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature is a sparkling wine that shines with elegance and finesse. Made from a blend of indigenous Spanish grape varieties, this wine exudes a fresh and vibrant character that is perfect for any celebration or special occasion. The bouquet is filled with aromas of ripe apple, citrus, and floral notes, while the palate delights with crisp acidity, minerality, and a lingering finish. With zero dosage added, this Brut Nature is dry and pure, allowing the true essence of the grapes to shine through. Pair it with seafood, sushi, or creamy cheeses for a match made in wine heaven.

About the Winery

Recaredo is one of Spain’s most respected producers of traditional-method sparkling wine, based in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia in the heart of the Penedès, just southwest of Barcelona. A family-owned winery with a history stretching back to 1924, it was founded by Josep Mata Capellades, who began his career as a professional bottle disgorgement specialist before building a cellar beneath his family home. Three generations later, the Mata family continues to oversee the estate, with the winery now firmly associated with some of the finest long-aged sparkling wines in Catalonia.
