Aromas of charcuterie, briny green olives, exotic spices, and crushed berries. The palate is rich and velvety, balanced by earthy tannins evoking rugged terrain. These elements merge beautifully, leading to a long, memorable finish that leaves a lasting impression.

Product Notes

Booker Perl Red Blend is a luxurious and bold wine that combines the best of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah grapes. With deep ruby hues and rich aromas of dark fruits, vanilla, and oak, this wine tantalizes the senses from the first sip. The palate is velvety smooth, with flavors of black cherry, plum, and a touch of spice that linger on the finish. This well-balanced blend is perfect for those who appreciate a full-bodied wine with complexity and depth. Whether enjoyed on its own or paired with a hearty steak or rich pasta dish, Booker Perl Red Blend is sure to impress even the most discerning wine connoisseurs.

About the Winery

Booker

Booker Vineyard & Winery is a highly regarded estate located in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles, California. Founded in 2001 by Eric Jensen and his wife Lisa, the winery is rooted in a deep respect for the land and its history. The property was originally farmed by the Booker brothers, Claude and Dick, local farmers known for their generosity and community spirit. Jensen purchased the land with a vision to produce world-class Rhône-style wines, releasing the first Booker vintage in 2005.
