It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes that are hand-harvested in the hills of Piedmont, Italy. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its delicate fruit flavors and aromas. On the nose, it has floral and citrus notes with hints of tropical fruit. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with flavors of ripe pear, green apple, and a subtle minerality. The finish is clean and bright with a refreshing acidity. Isolabella della Croce Sauvignon Blanc pairs perfectly with seafood, salads, and light pasta dishes.
