La Spinetta Barbaresco Gallina is an extraordinary wine that is crafted in the Piedmont region of Italy. The wine is made from the Nebbiolo grape, which is renowned for its intense flavors and aromas. The Gallina vineyard is located in Neive and is known for its mineral-rich soil, which gives the wine a unique and distinct profile. The wine is aged for 20 months in French oak barrels and has a complex bouquet of cherries, plums, and hints of leather with a subtle hint of spicy oak. The palate is rich and luscious with flavors of dark fruit, and the tannins are firm and well-structured, which makes for a long and elegant finish. La Spinetta

The journey of La Spinetta started in the early years of the 1960s with Giuseppe Rivetti and Lidia, his wife. The two were dedicated and expert farmers who held a colossal amount of knowledge and appreciation for the tradition of cultivation and winemaking. They also possessed immense curiosity and interest in knowing what the future holds. Giuseppe and Lidia exemplified respect, humility, and ambition in their work and passion.
